These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CookStash (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use CookStash for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for how you use imported links and recipe content.

2. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (such as notes and edits). Recipe content imported from third-party platforms may be subject to the rights and terms of those platforms and creators.

3. In-app purchases

CookStash may offer paid features (such as a Pro upgrade). Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by us. Prices, taxes, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to the relevant store’s terms and policies.

4. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee the App will always be available or error-free on every device or OS version.

5. Third-party services

The App may interact with third-party services (for example social platforms, app stores, or optional AI/API providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CookStash is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
